It is a very quiet and pleasant hotel. You can stay here and travel quickly to Kadikoy and the European side. The hotel is reliable and the staff is friendly, I would also like to thank Hazarbey at the reception, they were very professional and attentive.

Best thing was the location that was linked to good transport and shops and restaurants 5 minutes away the rest shouldn't be rated the price is crazy it's a neglected hotel and service is bare minimum telling you your not allowed to have any extra towels.. aren't i paying guest? Bald guy wouldn't leave me alone kept knocking on my door 11pm until someone told him and he stopped , but they said it was me that was lying which isn't normal so i left i had to stay for treatment so i was staying at different hotels but this must be what they do in the city loft hotels because when i stayed at city loft 81 i also had the guy from the restaurant ringing my bell at 4am offering me juice. Very strange behaviour and corrupt i wouldn't trust any of these hotels but it did the job. Quality is low if you have enough money go elsewhere. Everyday corridors stink of smoking but the hotel caters for the same type of custom. One /two cleaning guy i liked they cleaned room properly and were nice.

It was a very pleasant stay! Hazar is the best maître d’hôtel ever! He was very friendly, professional and kind) He helped us with all arising problems. We totally recommend this location 👍

The staff was nice and helpful but I think this place doesn't deserve that price. The only thing worth was the jacuzzi; the rest is below the average. There were some demolished parts both in the ceiling and on the floor, also on the ground of the balcony. They need to renovate those parts immediately in my opinion. Furthermore, it was a pretty small room for a suite. The space we have in the room was very narrow. In addition, it's very loud outside because of the noise of the kids playing in the street if you open the window or go to the balcony. Plus, they don't serve breakfast which is another disadvantage for us because we don't want to drive a long way and stuck in the traffic jam right after waking up. Instead, we would rather have breakfast in the hotel by paying the fee.

We had an amazing time with our host sait he has been very, very accommodating in every way. We couldn't ask for a better service from this man. Anyone who wishes to stay at city loft 24 should make a point of always asking for his service. He is the most polite, well spoken person I have met since my stay in Turkey

The location is near to my business hotel supposed to be 3 star but reality 2 star room clean the reception staff not friendly jacuzzi in the room not working beginning later by himself works suddenly lamb not working and when I asked to changed not responding to me
